Please note: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

• Within 48 hours of your appointment: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
• No-shows: You will be charged the full amount of the service.

Exceptions:

• In the case of medical emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible.
• For severe weather conditions or unforeseen events beyond your control, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Answer: Yes. A £50 deposit is taken for each semi-permanent treatment with the rest paid on day of treatment. A £30 deposit is taken for each children pamper party as this requires planning for 3 to 5 people. In and around certain times of the year like Christmas time I may request a small deposit for all treatments as this is our most sought after appointments in which we don't want to go to waste. It is not recommended that you have semi-permanent until after you have finished breastfeeding.

Please make sure to leave 2 weeks before or after semi permanent before ongoing any other procedure to ensure the best healed results.

Semi permanent can only be performed on clients that have written permission from their GP to stop a blood thinner and the same for clients who have type 1 diabetes. Semi permanent is NOT recommended for those who suffer from keloid scarring. A medical form will be done upon consultation with each client to ensure suitability of treatment received.

Sunbeds are not recommended for at least 48 hours after all of our treatments.
